Using the creative filter in Photoshop to create cool oil painting effects, taking advantage of brush and lighting options to influence stylisation and bristle detail is a cool way to offer a different outcome to any image, it doesn’t come close to painting in oils but it does offer an alternative to brushing oil over a canvas.
