Glamping in Scotland, Inverness area

Unwind and take-in the best of Scotland!

Just had a wonderful experience glamping in Scotland up north in the Inverness area. Glamping pods have really come on since we last went on a short break. Upmarket camping is the way to go, luxury pods in Daviot were a wise choice. The glamorous side of camping out really made a difference to our stay, the comfort and home finishes were a welcome touch. We booked the Bramble Pod and couldn’t have been happier. During our four night stay we used the on-site BBQ hut twice, this made it for me.  The location was so peaceful, we didn’t eat out for evening meals during our 4-night stay, which is a first for us.

Ideally located for exploration further north, it was more a peaceful break for us, we didn’t venture too far on this trip. We enjoyed a wee jolly around Loch Ness and the Black Isle. Next time we’ll venture beyond the local area and take onboard a little more of what the North Coast 500 offers.
