Yeah it's a pretty clear shot, a classic photo of Edinburgh at night from across the water. Trying to compose a more interesting perspective of the city, shot on a clear night with minimal contamination in the atmosphere, night-time brings light, light brings life. Edinburgh vista at night, photographed in August 2018. Fingers were crossed for little or no cloud/fog over the Firth of Forth. Patience paid off, the short trip over the water was all worthwhile.
