Subject To Availability -

The next best thing to looking good is sounding good, why not contribute to your own wedding day and include & inform your friends and fellow brides-to-be on your Wedding Experience. You can have a professional Journal composed by an experienced writer detailing events leading up to and including your big day. Take account and have your occasion expertly documented. Having someone on board who cares and can skilfully provide concise written content is a precious addition to complete your wedding experience. The icing on the cake so to speak, a personal penned account that will compliment and bring together all the relevant tales and facts you don’t won’t to forget.

Proposal 1:

Following the wedding, the author would get in touch with you the bride by phone/email and you would both have an informal chat to help build a 'pencil portrait' of your wedding day. This would take around 30mins of the bride's time and the author would liaise with you to agree on the best time to get in touch/preferred method of communication. Based around the interview, the author would then draft a Wedding Report, approx. 800wds. This would take an editorial form, rather than Q&A, the aim being to produce a 'story' of your Big Day. Details might include a little on how you met, the proposal, as well as, of course, the rundown on the wedding day itself and the photography. The 'Story' would include any little amusing mishaps, anecdotes, or small details that meant a lot to you as a couple.
A draft version would be emailed to you the bride for approval (to check content factually accurate/happy with tone etc.) and then to me. the author would make any reasonable alterations until we reach a version we are all pleased with. This Wedding Report could then be posted on this site in your bride and groom's wedding pic website/blog or alternatively just kept as a private reminder of the big day itself. Charge: £tba-£tba per Wedding Report depending on level of detail and time spent talking to the bride

Proposal 2:

Similar idea to the above, except much more detailed. the author would attend the wedding with me and actually act as a Wedding diarist on the day. the author would gather quotes from your friends and family - observe every detail and generally capture the whole day as a sort of memoir. This would then be drafted up, in consultation with you the bride who the author would also speak with after the wedding on the phone and, a final Wedding Day Diary produced. Perhaps the report could even be printed onto an actual Photo Book so the couple would have both a written and pictorial representation of their day. Charge: £tba per wedding (inc. Full day attendance at wedding, interviewing guests and drafting final Diary)
