Getting married in Scotland

Located at the top of the Royal Mile, last minute bridal arrangements took place in the large Guardroom suite overlooking the roof tops of Edinburgh. Easily mistaken for a scene out of Mary Poppins the only thing missing was a sweeps dance over the panoramic view of Edinburgh. Sarah, Gail’s bridesmaid just couldn’t hold herself back; the bearskin military headgear was just too tempting, it had to come off for a wee pose and dance and around the spacious bedroom. Oh, and the ghostly readings in the guest book grabbed the attention of the bride, some spooky tails documented by previous guests made for some light entertainment, nothing that a bottle of Champagne wouldn’t help to settle nerves.
