We all have to start somewhere, once photography enters your bloodstream, it's like a disease

My first shots at wedding photography, I suppose this is where you could say I picked up the bug for weddings. It was a family wedding in Aberdeenshire at the gorgeous Fyvie Castle. Official photographers at weddings command the day and its challenging for those with less experience to gain an involvement. The official Photographer was Nicholas Frost, an award-winning photographer in Aberdeen, a perfectionist by all manner of words, just watching the professional manner of this photographer inspired me and planted the seed. I was there as an evening guest but turned up early and just happened to have the camera with me, I thought I would turn my hand at the wedding scene, with an itchy trigger finger I was catching what ever opportunities came my way.
