How fortunate was I, the winning Lamborghini was reaching incredible speeds, after the event I was privileged to enjoy the thrilling experience of a heart thumping adrenaline rushing blast down the runway. Never before have I been taken beyond 175mph – WOW!!! It was great fun getting there but even better fun crashing from the top speed to more practical pace to stop us ditching n the runway end zone. Thank goodness for grass, we didn’t need it but I.m so glad there was lots of it there. Phew!

You are invited to join us for an exhilarating day at Scotland's Capital Airport on the 10th June
Enjoy the thrill of testing your car’s performance! Our Race the Runway event offers you an unmissable chance to take part in a challenge that is guaranteed to get your adrenaline flowing!
See what your own car can really do as you race against the clock along the airport runway. We will clock your maximum speed as you race the 1800m distance. Are you up for the challenge?
This is a full day event where you will be guaranteed at least 2 races (a pre-qualifying and a qualifying race). In addition to the racing there will be lots of entertainment and activities through the day. A sumptuous lunch will be provided. The day will culminate in a prize winners presentation and refreshments.
The limited places are available for a minimum donation of £300:00..."
Driver places come with one “spectator/passenger” place free of charge. Any additional spectator places can be purchased for £25:00
